Nickel Release Conformity test according to European standards

All our 316L Steel Body Jewelry complies with the EU Nickel release directive latest testing requirements: BS EN 12472:2020 and BS EN1811:2023 Below is a sample of the test which we conducted regularly on our products to ensure that they comply with EU nickel release regulations and are safe to use and suitable as initial piercing jewelry.

Material Certificate of our 316L steel body jewelry

This is a sample report of a chemical composition test or also called mill certificate that we regularly conduct on our steel body jewelry to ensure that the material we receive complies with the standards of 316L Steel / ASTM F-138 steel, also referred to as surgical steel, when combined with a nickel release test as the above. This means our steel body jewelry complies with all the legal requirements and body jewelry industry standards to be used as body piercing jewelry.

Material Certificate of our G23 Titanium body jewelry

This is a sample report of a chemical composition test or also called mill certificate, that we regularly conduct on our titanium body jewelry to ensure that the material we sell complies with the standards of G23 Titanium / ASTM F136 Titanium / Titanium - 6Al4V-ELI. Since this alloy does not contain any nickel, it is not necessary to conduct a separate nickel release test. Accordingly, our titanium body jewelry complies with all the legal requirements and body jewelry industry standards to be used as body piercing jewelry both for initial piercings and healed piercings.

Sterilization Certificate of our Body Jewelry:

Our body jewelry is sterilized by EO gas at an internationally accredited hospital according to the same standards as used for medical instruments. Accordingly, they are considered safe for initial piercings if the packaging is not damaged, and the products are used within the expiration date. All items come stamped with a lot number as well as a manufacturing date and expiration date and, accordingly, comply with all regulations for sterilized body jewelry.
