Since the European regulations have lower limits for nickel release than the regulations of any other country, this means that all our body jewelry will comply with the nickel release regulations of your country. When it comes to the lead and cadmium content, which are common trace elements for 316L stainless steel, which is used in industrial applications where small quantities of those two elements are acceptable, however, for 316L steel used for medical implants or body jewelry, these elements, due to their carcinogenic prosperities, should not be present in any detectable levels. Accordingly, our products are produced from implant-grade 316L surgical steel. The surface finish of all our jewelry is a complete mirror finish, one of the hallmarks of high-quality piercings. The next important consideration in terms of quality piercing jewelry production is the quality of the threading, both on the internal part of the thread and the external part. Needless to say, all our threading conforms to the expectations of professional piercers, which means the threaded parts are smooth and easy to assemble and do not present any sharp edges or burs, which can cause irritations or injuries to the body perforations. And as a final point, we come to the precision in sizes of our piercing jewelry. All our piercings are produced in modern piercing factories with computerized machinery and based on actual CAD drawings, meaning all the pieces of a single production run are identical and conform to the specifications. Our quality specifications for all piercing we buy is that length deviation must be less than 500 micrometers and ball/ cone size deviation less than 10 micrometers.
