Piercing China Mission
Our Core Values
• We are looking for a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship with our customers and suppliers to grow together:
o Customers will find stable prices.
o Customers will receive stable quality.
o Customer satisfaction is more important than profits for us. For this reason, we offer you up to 90 days money-back guarantee for damaged items.
o We do not lie or give false information to our customers. In Piercing China, you get precisely what you have ordered.
o We do not claim to be manufacturing our items when our items actually come from China, like most of our competitors.
o Suppliers will be treated fairly because we do not push the prices down to where suppliers must cut quality to maintain profitability.
o Suppliers will be paid on time.
• We consider our employees as our most valuable asset:
o All our employees are fixed permanent employees. This means we do not work with outsourced employees or employees with temporary contracts.
o All employees are paid correctly and above the minimum wage. And we strictly adhere to all relevant labor laws in Thailand and improve upon them in many aspects.
o Our employees are not forced to work overtime, and every minute of work done is paid.
o All employees are given a chance to further qualify themselves and ascend to high positions if they so desire.
o All our employees receive a share of the sales the company makes. This works similarly to the service charge in Thai hotels. So, our employee's benefit directly from every order you place with us.
• We carefully consider the impact of our business on the environment, so we have committed to archiving the following:
o Within two years or by 2025, change all packing utensils used in our company to be made from biological and recyclable materials.
o Use the most energy-efficient appliances to reduce the overall electric consumption of our company.
o We strictly follow the principle of "reduce-reuse-recycle" to minimize the waste our company produces to the minimum.
o Waste separation and recycling - Even in Thailand, this is not common. Currently, we strictly separate our waste into plastic, paper, toxic waste like batteries, food waste, and general waste and dispose of them via the correct channels.
