Terms and Conditions

1.) Payments. Payments are defined as the transfer of funds between the customer to the company "Piercing China Ltd."

1.1) Transfers to our Bank account / Money Wire

1.1.1) Orders will not be shipped out unless the entire order amount is received in our accounts. The entire amount refers to either the amount shown during the checkout process or, if any adjustments were made later, the final Invoice the customer received from Piercing China.

1.1.2) Customers are responsible for paying to the correct bank accounts. Piercing China accepts no responsibility for additional transaction costs if any customer transfers to us with incorrect bank account details.

1.1.3) The customer is responsible for paying all bank transfer charges. If the customer selects shared bank fees, this will be considered as the customer not having paid the entire amount. And subsequently, the order will not be shipped until the customer pays the outstanding balance.

1.2) Payment by Credit Card

1.2.1) We reserve us the right to temporarily hold any order paid via credit card from shipment to verify the transaction's authenticity. In that case, we may also require to talk to the credit card owner via a video call.

1.2.2) Should the customer choose to contact the credit card issuing authority to cancel the authorization for any payments made to Piercing China, this will immediately terminate your right to buy from www.piercingchina.com and any other websites or companies related to us.

1.3) Payment by Paypal

1.3.1) We reserve us the right to temporarily hold any order from shipment to verify the transaction's authenticity. In that case, we may also require to talk to the PayPal account owner via a video call.

1.3.1) Should the customer choose to open a Paypal dispute for any transaction to Piercing China, this will immediately terminate your right to buy from www.piercingchina.com and any other websites or companies related to us.

2.) Refunds. Refunds are defined as a full or partial return of money transferred by a customer to Piercing China.

2.1) Refund request before the order has been received by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the order's delivery or wishes to cancel the order after the order has left Piercing China premises but before the delivery is attempted, the following conditions apply.

2.1.1) The package must have been returned to Piercing China premises before the refund process can begin. The refundable amount will be equal to the value of the goods only. The shipping cost is not refundable in this case.

2.1.2) The package was returned to Piercing China because the customer refused delivery. In this case, the shipping cost + return shipping cost + any applicable taxes will be deducted from the initial payment received.

2.1.3) The package is lost / confiscated / destroyed by customs. Since the customer is responsible for customs clearance and failed to archive this. Piercing China is not responsible for this, and no refund will be issued.

2.1.4) The package was stolen after the customer instructed the delivery driver to leave the package at the front of the house or with a neighbor. Piercing China's responsibility for the package terminates the moment the delivery driver of the chosen carrier has successfully delivered the package. So if a package is lost / stolen / damaged after that, it is the customer's sole responsibility, and Piercing China cannot be held responsible.

2.2) Refund request once a customer successfully received an order.

2.2.1) Partial refund due to damaged item. For 90 Days from the date the order was received

In the unfortunate case that any item has defects, we will refund you the corresponding amount. However, we may request you to send us images of the damaged products or, if the total value of the damaged products is significant, send us back the items the customer did not accept. If the customer agrees, we may also offer you a store credit for your next order or replacement items.

2.2.1) Full refund due to the customer not being satisfied with the quality of the products. The deadline for this is 15 Days after the order is received. If the customer is unhappy with the overall quality of the merchandise from Piercing China, a refund request must be made in writing within 15 days of receiving the order. After receiving return instructions from piercing china, the customer must send the items back to Piercing China. Upon arrival and inspecting the merchandise, a full refund will be initiated.

2.3.) Method of refund 

2.3.1) All Refunds can only be done via the original payment channel and currency as the initial payments.

2.3.2) Once a refund has been approved, the actual refund may take up to 48 hours to be effectuated.

2.4.) Exchange Rate used for calculations of refunds. If there are additional expenses or deductions to be made from the refund in a different currency, then the exchange rate of the date the original payment for the order was made will be used.

2.5.) Import Taxes and Duties. Piercing China is not liable for any expenses such as Import Taxes, Duties, and Brokerage fees incurred by the customer to receive the order, even if the customer decides to return the entire order to Piercing China.

3.) Shipping Delays

Piercing China is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Also, it is understood that all delivery times are just estimates based on our historical experience. Accordingly, should such delays occur, they are not considered an acceptable reason for a return or partial refund request.

4.) Free Shipping Promotion

4.1.) Orders with an order value eligible for our free shipping promotion will be shown the free shipping option during the checkout process. 

4.2.)  All orders which have received the free shipping promotion will be shipped with DHL.

4.3.) c. Free Shipping applies exclusively to the shipping charges of DHL and does not cover Brokerage Fees, Import Taxes Import Duty or other additional costs such as storage fees or address correction fees.

5.) Copyright of pictures and other content, including texts of www.PiercingChina.com

5.1.) Customers are allowed to use all product pictures on our website to promote the sales of their own businesses. 

5.1.1) Customers are not allowed to resell the images to a third party or provide these images for free to third parties.

5.2.) Customers with an account on our website may use any text or media content on www.PiercingChina.com for their own business; however, if used online, they must provide a clear citation with a link to our website.

5.3.) Anyone who is not a registered customer of Piercing China Ltd. can request permission from our sales team to use our content. This will only be approved if the interested person is willing to provide a citation link to our website.

6.) Import Fees, Duties, Taxes, Brokerage Fees, Import Permits Fees

6.1.) Piercing China sells all products on CIF terms. This means that our financial responsibility ends when the shipping carrier picks up the package with your order at our premises. Accordingly, the customer must pay for all expenses related to receiving the package in the destination country. Any information obtained from Piercing China regarding import procedures and costs is purely for their information and does not constitute a contractual agreement. Accordingly, the customer is solely responsible for the entirety of the cost of importation.

7.) Guaranteed Delivery / Insurance.

7.1.) All packages sent to the customer are insured for free. If a package is lost, Piercing China will prepare the order again and resend it to the customer free of charge.

7.1.) In the case, the customer chooses to receive a refund in the case that a package is lost, only the amount of the shipping invoice will be refunded.

8.) Communication received from Piercing China regarding Credit Card and other important financial information

8.1) All emails from www.piercingchina.com will only be sent from our own domain. This means the email address should end in @piercingchina.com. If you receive an email from another email address claiming to be sent by an employee of Piercing China Ltd. Please follow the following guidelines

8.1.1) Do not give out any details, such as your credit card or other personal information

8.1.1) Please inform us as soon as possible via our standard sales email address.

8.2) Piercing China will never ask you for your credit card details since our payment providers automatically process all credit card payments. Piercing China at no moment needs to have access to your credit card details. Accordingly, please never send us any credit card details via email or any other way. Please note that Piercing China should not be held responsible for any data theft or damages resulting from the customer sending credit card details to our company via email.

9.) Piercing China reserves the right not to sell to any particular individual or business. The reason we may decide not to sell to a specific customer is our own business decision which will be kept confidential.

10.) Piercing China takes data security very strictly. Accordingly, we will not sell or use your data outside our own company.

10.1) This also means that all customer data is strictly confidential, and we will never confirm or deny that a specific person is buying from us or which items such customers bought. The only exception for this would be that we receive an email from customer A allowing us to share information with customer B regarding the purchase history of customer A.

11.) The management team might analyze all email communications between customers and their sales representatives to improve our customer service and protect our employees from harassment by clients.
